The photos of the Colorado Open Space on this page were taken in the mid afternoon on August 22, 2104. We were on our way back from the Rocky Mountain Airshow in Greely to photograph the airshow and came across this beautiful open space park. Greeley has over 30 parks located within its city limits. The park is located just 1.5 mile southwest of The Poudre River Trail in Greeley. The Poudre River Trail is 21 miles of a well maintained paved pathway for walking, cycling, running, roller-blading and more.
