Estes Park Fall Colors and St Malo Chapel: Located above is a photo of St Malo Chapel located off Highway 34 in Allenspark, Colorado. The photos of and around the Ranch House were taken around 7:58am in Estes Park from Highway 7. The photos of St Malo Chapel were taken from Highway 34 in Allenspark around 7:05 am on September 25, 2011. St Malo Chapel is located in Allenspark, Colorado the small chapel is not a ‘parish’ church, but is administered by Our Lady of the Mountains, in Estes Park.

On November 14, 2011 a fire destroyed the retreat’s conference center. In September 2013, 100-year rains caused extensive flooding and mudslides with significant damage to the natural terrain. With the costs for remediation and cleanup estimated to be about $4.4 Million, the Archdiocese of Denver, is putting any possible plans to rebuild the property on indefinite hold.
