The photos were taken between 6:30am and 8:00am on May 17 to and June 11, 2016. This past May and June witnessed a fair amount of moisture in the form or rain and snow. This gave us the opportunity to include beautiful drew drops and ice in the photographs.

Technical Details About the Colorado Photos

The camera gear used to photograph the Colorado Grasses Leaves and Foliage included the following; a Nikon D810 with a Nikon MB-D12 Battery Grip, a Nikon D750 with a Nikon MB-D16 Battery Grip, a Nikkor 28-300mm, f/3.5-5.6, and a ThinkTank Digital Holster 40 V2.0. The photos using the Nikon D810 and D750 at a focal length of 300mm using the macro mode on the 28-300mm Lens. The photos were taken in the RAW format and exposures for the images averaged between 1/50 and 1/200 of a second at f/11 to f/5.6 with a camera ISO of 100 to 400.
