Pikes Peak Garden of the Gods Photos
Located below please view our gallery of Pikes Peak Garden of the Gods Photos in Colorado Springs. These photos were taken in between appointments when visiting Colorado Springs. We noticed the beautiful white puffy clouds forming as the morning temperatures were on the rise. We were only a few miles away form the location and decided to take quick a detour to drop by the Garden of the Gods Visitors Center. From the overlook at the visitors center we set up with our Gitzo Mountaineer tripod and our Nikon D750. The beautiful white puffy clouds gave way to blue skies and dramatic light patterns and shadows on the Garden of the Gods rock formations. These photos were taken in the Spring on May 9, 2016 at 10:24am.
